1. What size tables are being used for the Crop Parties?

The VIP Ultimate Crop Party will be setup using 6ft rectangular tables with every participant being given 3ft of space in the marketplace (the area will be draped off but all croppers will have access to the VIP Marketplace).

The All Day Crop on Saturday will be the same setup as the Ultimate Crop Party.

The Send Off Crop Party will be setup with round tables with approx. 3 ft of space (this will be in one of the larger classrooms in order to allow the exhibitors to pack up and move out of the marketplace).

2. Where can I stay overnight during ScrapFest in Kitchener?

The following hotels have a block of rooms booked under ScrapFest until March 1/08:

3. How do I purchase tickets for ScrapFest in Kitchener?

Registration is done here off of the website by going to Registration/Kitchener. This will bring you to the catalog where you can review all classes, crops and marketplace passes. These can easily be purchased by putting the product into your shopping cart.

4. What forms of payment are accepted for ScrapFest in Kitchener?

ScrapFest accepts the following forms of payment: PayPal (please setup an account for credit cards), certified cheques, and money orders.

5. Why are some of the class images missing?

This is due to the teachers waiting for the latest and greatest products being released at CHA. This is a huge craft and hobby conference in California which is being held Feb. 8th - 11th, 2008. Shortly after this, you will see the images up for the classes. The teachers are bringing you what is HOT and just recently released at CHA to ScrapFest. It will be worth the wait!!!

6. How much does parking cost?

Parking is FREE!

7. Marketplace:

Shop the days away at the ScrapFest Marketplace! With plenty of vendors to choose from you are sure to find something unique for your paper crafting needs. The hours for the Marketplace are:

  • Friday April 11th: 5:00-10:00pm (VIP night/VIP night crop participants only)
  • Saturday April 12th : 9:00-6:00pm

8. Food Concession

Inside the Marketplace there will be a food concession stand along with a rest area.

9. What if I have pre-ordered tickets and can't make it to the event?

Before submitting your order please review your selections. All event tickets are non-refundable after your order has been confirmed. Changes may be made to your event selections up to March 24th, 2008. Please see the Purchase Policy in the Shopping Cart for further details.

10. Will you be mailing the tickets?

Sorry, tickets will not be mailed prior to the event. All tickets will be available to be picked up at the registration table beginning on Friday, April 11th at 3:30pm. Please bring your confirmation and personal ID with you to obtain your tickets to ScrapFest.

11. Can you purchase a Saturday Marketplace pass at the door on Saturday, April 12th?

Yes, these tickets are available through on-line registration and at the door. All other ScrapFest tickets have to be purchased through the on-line registration due to limited spots (ie. VIP night, classes, and crops).

12. What does a Basic Tool Kit consist of?

A Basic Tool Kit consists of a 12" personal trimmer, scissors, adhesive, ruler, pencil, eraser, and a black pen.
